Her name is Blair. She was born/created in Warren,PA.

 I purchased her for $3 at a local thrift shop recently. Length, color and pockets had me at hello :)

    I grew up in Warren, PA- my father was a life-long employee of Blair. As kids, most of our clothes were freebee Blair polyester nightmares. As an adult, though, I've come to appreciate Blair's stubborn-retro-but-worth-it style. Glad you do too, dress looks great!
